Shipping and Order Tracking

We at redsisterblue use FedEx as our preferred carrier for airfreight and bulk shipping.
Shipping is absolutely free on a minimum purchase above Rs.2000. We charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.150 on a purchase less than the invoice value of Rs. 2000.
Currently we only ship within India.
Yes, in certain cases there could be additional shipping and handling fees, if the product is excessively voluminous or heavy or if it needs special care during transportation.
We ship orders within 48 hours of processing the payment and we promise to get your order to you within 10 working days at the very most.
Not necessarily. Depending on the number of items ordered by you, a single order may ship as multiple shipments in order to ensure that the product is safe and handled with care - and therefore, gets to you in time.
All redsisterblue products are insured.

In some cases where a product is being liked very much and is being ordered by multiple customers at the same time and in such cases if we have limited stock, we might have to cancel your order and we will fully refund your money. And we will inform you the moment the product is in stock again.

Redsisterblue can only ship one order at one shipping address, if you wish to ship different products at different addresses, please take it as a separate orders.

Redsisterblue cannot deliver to any of post office box addresses and we don’t take any responsibility of non-delivery of any such addresses, which includes P.O. box details in any form.

The attempt of delivery will be two times at the address provided by our customer, before they contact redsisterblue for non-deliverability.

Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard.
We do accept cash on delivery.

Returns policy

We really want you to enjoy your experience with redsisterblue. If you wish to return or exchange, you can as long as the garment has not been worn / washed / ironed, and the tags are intact on the garment within two weeks from the date of delivery. Please write to us at help@redsisterblue.com, and specify the reason of your return in the subject line of the email.

But according to our return policy we do not give cash returns. If you wish to return your product within two weeks from the date of delivery, we do give credit notes worth 100% of the amount of your purchase, which you can redeem it within 30 days).

Products must be returned within 2 weeks from the date of their delivery. To return your order, please send an email to help@redsisterblue.com with:

  1. Your name
  2. Your order number
  3. Your contact number
  4. The product that you'd like to return
  5. The reason for returning the product

Once you have communicated with us via email at help@redsisterblue.com and we have processed your request for a return, our fedex person will come and pick up the product for return from the same address where it was delivered.
We do have a rigorous quality control department but it is possible that on rare occasions we are prone to human error. In that case please email our Customer Care Team at help@redsisterblue.com and we will do everything we can to help fix the problem. Please send us an image of your order and we will send it to you again, or you can get it exchanged for credit notes.
You need not to worry redsisterblue bears the postal charges for the products returned.

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Different styles have different silhouettes and accordingly the measurements will differ. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are designed to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide as well as the description section in each product page to choose the size best suited for you.

All redsisterblue products are made from natural khadi fabrics. The hand spun & hand-woven fabrics have certain irregularities that arise because it is hand made.These irregularities are part of the charm of hand-made khadi fabrics and they are not defects. Hand-woven cotton should be washed by hands, but not in hot water, and preferably rinsed in soap water rather than left to soak for long. Hand-woven silk should be dry-cleaned. All redsisterblue cotton garments must be line-dried. Using hot water while washing or a dryer will heat the fabric and cause the garment to shrink. Drying your clothes in the shade will ensure that the colours don’t fade over time.

Our production process includes one wash to shrink the fabric before we begin cutting and tailoring. Natural fabrics are gentle on skin, but they also require more care while washing and ironing, as they tend to crease easily.

For the desired look and style in particular colours we have dyed the fabric afterwards so loosing some extra colours in first wash is normal. We have made an effort to display each garment as accurately as possible. However, depending on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
